You can manage your Business License details easily and securely with a City of Orange Business License Account. An online account lets you:

• Renew your business license
• Pay an outstanding balance
• Update your account information

You will need:

• Business License Account number
• Security Pin from your Renewal Notice 

The Security Pin can be found on your Business License Renewal Notice.

If you do not have your Renewal Notice with you, call (714) 744-2270 for assistance. Be sure to have your Federal Tax ID or the last four digits of your Social Security Number.

Your Account Will Be Locked If:

• You change your business location, owner name, primary contact name, or business name, the account will be locked for one business day while it is reviewed.
• You will receive an email when the review is complete or if more information is needed.
• Do not wait until close to your penalty date to renew if you need to make these changes. You may run out of time and end up with late penalties.

You Cannot Renew Online If:

• Important information such as a resale number, driver's license number, Tax ID number, or State License number is missing from your account, or other information is needed
• You are tax exempt
• Your account is more than six months delinquent

When paying online you may use either Visa or MasterCard for your payment.
